1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of the RevealIO website and the TakTo platform ("Service") provided by RevealIO Quantlab Private Limited ("RevealIO", "we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Institution" means a school or organisation that subscribes to TakTo; "User" means any person who uses the Service, including administrators, teachers, students and parents; "Content" means data submitted to the Service.

3. Eligibility & accounts

TakTo is provided to Institutions; students access it through their Institution. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by unauthorised means.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Do not copy, reverse-engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including the TakTo software, its user interfaces, models, and all related materials, is owned by RevealIO and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. RevealIO grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the subscription term. No other rights are granted.

6. Your content

Institutions and Users retain their rights in Content they submit. You grant RevealIO the rights necessary to host and process that Content solely to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-assisted features

TakTo provides AI-assisted educational feedback (for example, pronunciation and speaking scores and tutoring responses). These outputs are learning aids, may contain inaccuracies, and are not a substitute for a teacher's judgement. Teachers remain responsible for instruction and assessment.

8. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change or remove features and perform maintenance.

9. Fees

Where applicable, fees are agreed with the Institution under a separate order or agreement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. On termination, the rights granted to you cease and data is handled per the Privacy Policy and any Institution agreement.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevealIO disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
